How to Order

Online Orders:

You can purchase goods online by selecting and adding items to your shopping cart. You can edit your order at any time before proceeding to the checkout via World Pay. Please ensure that all details are correctly completed.

WorldPay are based in Cambridge, UK.

Every day they process millions of transactions, across multiple payment channels, in most currencies and local payment methods. WorldPay recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. So they use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud.

Official Orders:

If you are an organisation that is part of a local authority which follows the National Procurement Strategy for Local Government, in paying small and medium enterprises within 30 days, we can provide goods and services, above the value of £100.00, upon receipt of an official requisition form or order number. We supply many organisations in Europe, USA, Canada and the Middle East. For delivery outside UK mainland please email, fax or telephone us with your order details and we will provide you with a delivery quote.

Delivery Times:

Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment and should arrive in approximately 5 working days in the UK. Some items may take up to 14 days and imported items up to 28 days. We will notify you accordingly and will do our best to ship items as soon as possible.

Please let us know if you need your goods by a certain date.

Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Goods are subject to availability.

The ownership of goods only passes to purchasers upon receipt of full payment.

Please note that all orders must be prepaid unless you have an account. Account customers by prior arrangement, terms are strictly 30 days net. We reserve the right to charge 2.5% per month on unpaid invoices after 30 days.

If you wish to cancel your order please email us at info@tedsonline.co.uk immediately. Order cancellations that are made after shipment are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of the value of the items ordered.

We will take the utmost care to ship goods to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged or incorrect item in your delivery then you must notify us within 3 days of receipt and return them within 14 days of receipt in their original packing. We will refund the cost of return postage and where possible, we will replace the original items ordered. Should any item be no longer in stock you will be given the option of a refund.

Refunds:

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) and your payment will be returned.

If, for any reason, you do not wish to keep your purchase and would like a refund, then please return your items unused with its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns that have been used or damaged by the customer or have been returned after 7 days.

For faulty or damaged goods please call us within 3 days to report the fault or damage and to arrange resolution to your satisfaction. Goods must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days.

Customer Security:

Customer details remain private and confidential and will not be released to a third party unless required to do so by law.

We use the information we collect about you to process orders, notify you of receipt of order, provide a more effective shopping experience and, if you request, notify you of products, special offers or other information that may be of interest to you.

We do not sell or pass on any personal information to any other Companies or organisations.
